The MIT Campus Safety Working Group reviews all new requests involving key security services including cameras, intrusion alarms, panic buttons, and emergency phones. All requests are reviewed monthly unless expedited.

If you have not yet received a consultation from the Campus Safety and Security team in Information Systems and Technology, you may request one through the team's service request form here (select "other" for the request type).
Please note that the requester is responsible for all installation and equipment costs. For camera installations: the requester will be responsible for a reoccurring operational cost of $350 per camera, per year.
